BioDynamic Breathwork Trauma Release Sessions with Mike Thompson
Why BBTRS is beneficial for plant medicine integration?
BBTRS is a powerful modality in of itself, however it can also be a great tool for integration after plant medicine work. Sometimes we can have very intense experiences and processes during our ceremonies. The medicine can shift a lot of stuck energy in the body, it can take us to other realms, it can allow us to move and release painful and difficult emotions. In some cases this may be just the beginning of a process.
Using BBTRS as integration tool, we use the 6 elements of breath, movement, sound, touch, emotions and meditation to come into the body. Through this modality we can either compliment the ceremony and somatically integrate the work or we can continue the work, releasing any residue tension/stress in the body and allowing the expression of any stuck emotion that may still be left.
Psichedelic Integration with Christiana Eva
Psychedelic integration is the process of weaving one reality into another. It involves taking all of the magic, lessons and insights gleaned from ceremony and grounding them into the your daily life.
Integration work can be especially helpful if you have turned to the medicines for help recovering from addictions or to make big changes in your life.
This work offers powerful allyship and practical accountability as you set out on the new path ahead of you. It can also support you in the process of undertaking new creative projects, initiating important conversations or any of the additional transformational decisions the medicine may inspire.
It can also help if any aspect of your experience has left you feeling confused, unsafe or ungrounded.
Seed of History with Diana Oviedo
CACAO AND ITS ANCESTRAL ROOTS, ONLINE WORKSHOP
We live in a time when we frequently hear about ceremonial cacao and its rituals. But do we know the origin and roots of these ceremonies? Are we aware of the historical, cultural, and religious sources behind this boom of workshops and rituals surrounding cacao? .
Talking about cacao means immersing ourselves in the history of the Americanpeoples, soaking up culture and tradition, the flavors of the land, the work of farmers, and the glimmers of dreams in their eyes. The smell of fresh and fermented cacao evokes the memory of the communities that have planted this seed, full of stories, for generations under starlit nights, in the lands that cradle the history of those who care for it.
Discussing ceremonial cacao is the perfect invitation to discover the roots of its fruit; it is to know its history. Drinking a cup of cacao embrace us in the vibrational energy and knowledge of those who plant, harvest, and process it.
The Seed of history, Cacao and its Roots were born from the call of several friends who wanted to learn about the rituality of cacao and its history.
Wellcome to be part of this online workshop.
